Since the beginning of its existence, Consolidation has sought to create the safest and most convenient space for its citizens. For this purpose, fortress stations were constructed, numerous military fleets were built and patrols were established throughout the OPC territories, from Border Worlds to Frontier Rift. Expansion into previously unknown regions led to the need to build thousands of new stations that would occupy their positions in new routes and provide new colonies with convenient platforms for trade and passenger transportation. And while the Pharos class stations were large logistics centers, Consolidation needed smaller stations which will be less demanding in operation.
The first implemented project was the Arcadia stations. Being small in size, they made it possible to provide local routes with everything necessary while remaining completely autonomous. A trading platform, a small medical center and a small residential area allow the station to be not only a stop on the space route or an orbital station above the settlement, but also a completely independent base for a small organization.
New Arcadia stations appeared on OPC maps for a long time, until they were replaced by more specialized projects such as Hephaestus and Olympus.
