I personally know three such stores, they are located in the city of Togliatti - called, respectively: Lada 1, Lada 2, Lada 3.
It's a medium-sized, neighborhood Soviet-era shopping house/center - inside can be a grocery store, a pharmacy, lots of different other small departments. Currently hung with advertisements and looking very ugly, gradually the situation is improving.
