Runup Neck Throw Headlock (駆け上がり首投げヘッドロック)

ヘッドロックの体勢からロープを踏み台にして首投げして、着地後にそのまま相手の頭を絞めあげます。

From the headlock position, the headman uses the ropes as a springboard for a neck throw, and after landing on the ground, chokes the opponent's head as it is.
