Ever felt like generic OWB decisions are low in numbers and not that interesting? Well, OWB - Expanded Generic Decisions Submod is here to change that!

Currently this submod has:
4 decision categories, affecting your country's political life, industry, military and science
86+ decisions with new mechanics
Unique decisions to tribes and raiders
Ability to increase your techological levels
Ability to change your focus tree.

This mod was originally created by Paralich12, who allowed me to updated it to the latest version for him.
Just as he was, I'm open to bug reports and feedback on balance tweaks, if there's anything I missed let me know!

Some countries (santa anna for example) are missing a lot of decisions

I believe that the civilian factories that the decision is looking for are UNUSED factories. I was able to stop all building, take the decision and then que up more construction.

I only get 2 tiers of each special research project before it stops showing up, is that how its supposed to be?

I've encountered a bug. Science decisions involving civilian factories do not actually count your civilian factories. this is especially bad for mutant nations who can't use any decision other than building research labs for caps.
