Notes: This ship was made for chaotic public multiplayer campaign servers, with constant fights/mutinies and other chaos constantly occurring on the ship. Can also be used for roleplay servers and singleplayer.
PS: First published truly self made ship (from me)

Story:

The Europan Coalition has contracted Porshtal Industrial Shipyards to create a combat capable deep diver, and in response, Porshtal has come up with a new line of ships called the "Harrow" Class. The Harrow Class has a generous amount of armaments, ranging from 9 main weapons systems, 2 depth charge chutes and 3 discharge coils around the outer hull of the submarine to combat Europa's native wildlife and for anti-ship activity. The submarine also carries facilities for long range operations, such as a medbay with an attached containment room, a gunnery and armoury section, bunks, a social area, a crafting and repair area, storage which can hold up to 26 crates, and a shower, washing machine and toilet unit. The Harrow Class is 97 metres length by 22 metres with, and has 4 modestly sized ballast tanks for quick dives, reaching a maximum of 23 km/h and maximum ascent speed of 19 km/h. The submarine also comes with a modified reactor and engine, with the engine having a maximum of 66 km/h both ways on the horizontal axis. The hull has also been hardened to withstand small arms and light ship fire, with 600 hit points before the hull completely cracks. The Harrow Class also comes with auxiliary power, a smoke detection and intruder detection system a security camera system that has cameras placed inside and outside of the submarine, allowing the onboard crew to prepare for any incoming threats. At the production price of 30,000 marks, the Europan Coalition has loaned you a Harrow Class submarine with an insurance cost of 17,500 marks gratitude for your services.

(Note: Changing the weapons on the submarine will cause issues due to two turrets on several of the weapon systems being linked to a single periscope)

- Lethal Weapons






Unique Submarine Features
•Intruder Alert System
-1 Sensor in every room/hull in the submarine

•Smoke Alert System
-1 Sensor in the Junction Box Room

•CCTV System (24 cameras total, inside all rooms of the ship and outside the ship

•Auxiliary Backup Power (toggle-able from the navigation panel)

(Note: A red light next to the captain's terminals with the title "Auxiliary Power" will turn red when backup power is active)

•Officer Cards
-Officer cards give the wielder access to all parts of the ship EXCEPT the Captain's armoury and Captain's safes, and officers get access to the lethal armaments in the Security Armoury

(The bottom cases with the harpoon guns and SMGs)
•Non Security/Officer/Captain cannot access the Gunnery or Security Armoury, or use the Armoury Safes
•Non Medic/Officer/Captain cannot access the Toxin Cabinets




Submarine Intractivity
The submarine has high environmental interactivity, meaning if it looks like you can interact with it, you probably can interact with it. You can now sit on a toilet (finally), and sit on the cafeteria chairs. You can also put items on the tables, and the tool racks and suits that seem glued to the wall are now interactable too! (Alongside other things being interactable.)

Submarine Disadvantages:
Almost every submarine has inconveniences, whether that be caused by poor planning, time, financial or resource constraints, the Harrow Class is no exception to that rule, the issues that the Harrow Class may have are:

•Small Crate Capacity, not good for hauler or cargo transport companies
•A major Junction Box problem (you should seriously get that checked out, and better watch those boxes like a hawk)
•A Far distance between Ballasts 1,2 and 3,4, and Ballast 4 is only accessible via Ballast 3
•Distance between material and magazine storage from crafting area and gunnery (opposite ends of the ship)
•A single toilet.



Notes/End:
Well, I'm relieved to finally be able to release this sub after working on this sub on and off for 2 weeks, not to mention the amount of times I've redrafted the sub and all the issues I had building the submarine, but I hope it was worth it and that you guys enjoy the sub! ^^ (Also the blueprint art and other art in the sub are made by me)

Considering this is being loaned to Civilians. that means that the Coalition already has submarines that make this one obsolete. can't wait to see what the next will be (also great lore writing)

Note: If you can't see the submarine after an update to the submarine, it's because of Steam's new automated content check, which hides steam uploads, nothing I can do about it

Okay. I can confirm 100% that the railguns do not fire still even when there are no mods on.

Thank you for your response. I am currently using mods but I do not think any of them are affecting the railgun in particular because I can use the railgun on the other custom subs i have but just not yours.
