描述
Claudio Castagnoli, formerly known in WWE as Cesaro, had a lengthy career on the indy scene under his real name before signing with the global promotion in 2011.

A decade in the WWE system brought multiple accolades - The WWE United States Championship, seven Tag Team titles, and a win in the 2014 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

In 2022, a few months after his WWE contract expired, Castagnoli made a surprise appearance at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. In his first week with the company, Castagnoli aligned with the Blackpool Combat Club, defeated Zack Sabre Jr. at the PPV, and led his stable to victory in the Blood and Guts match on Dynamite.

Hold off at least a few days before posting recent stuff as I can't always watch live. If that's what he used and it becomes a regular thing, sure, but a one-time thing isn't a big deal

His calves are exposed on his attire instead of having tights

I thought so at first too but if you look closer at his two AEW matches they are just long tights.

So the tights look like shorts in action.Skin above and below the knee is visible. Maybe have a bottom layer on calves and thighs that is just black.
