Do orphanages just spawn new children into the world for higher population growth?

Sorry my mind was fixated at "orphanage" part. I stand corrected. Keep up the good work :)

With Forster care the kids don't sleep at the building. They are put into temporary housing with real families to look after them. The social workers at the agency do not personally look after the kids. They are only there to do the paper work and ensure the kids find safe families to take them in.

I was alone cooking for 60+ people in nature (forest camp) without stove or electric stuff, so imagining that there are 10 staff in kitchen, 15-20 teachers and 5+ other in one shift, yeah it is dependable to take care in one facility. Warehouse seems ok to me. If you use right amount of ingredients you can produce a lot of prepared meals for them ( I was working in food industry for 15 years) . One thing. Kids in general, just need a LOT of toys and stuff to keep them entertained. So suggestion to add plastics to storage to simulate toys for them. :)

Interesting, 1240 children and just 40 staff........can only imagine that the children are heavily dosed on meds to pacify them...! Perhaps include some chemicals as being needed (joke).

Is the warehouse big enough for that many people being there,.? With that many in one building I thought that such a relatively small warehouse would soon drain..?
