Slaanesh's Pleasure Parties Give Replenishment

Hello once more, heres yet another tiny mod to help out with the lacking replenishment that Slaanesh suffers from even in 1.3.


One of the pleasureable acts, Pleasure Party, now gives +20% Replenishment for 5 turns in addition to its previous effects.


Should be savegame compatible, and work with most mods, but i cannot vouch for every single mod in existence.
