Probably needs some field testing, report any issues.

Wish I could make it look better, but unfortunately I can't rip the HUD elements from the game myself.

mgr_hud_toggle can be used to disable/enable the HUD.

(No, it is not supposed to override the default HUD, that is not an issue.)

Criticism/advice very welcome as this is my first time trying something like this.
