Renamon from Digimon Masters replace Bill (NamVet) derivated from the Zoey version

This Addon feature:

Uses Bill animations,
Bile + Burning effect
Working Decals, crash safe since its lowpolw model
With support to "Mod a Mod" systematics.
A kind of dynamic Illumination
Optimized to a single material drawcall
It works online! No broken animations
Garry's Mod version here
