[VJ] Max Payne 3 DeMarco Mobsters SNPCs

This VJ addon adds DeMarco Mobsters from Max Payne 3. I wanted to release this on the 10 year anniversary for Max Panye 3 but It was still unfinished, now it's finished, I can finish on the next VJ NPC addon : )

VJ Base is required for this addon to work, see "Required Items"

4 total SNPCs (Hostile and Friendly)

• DeMarco Mobster (90 health)
  
• DeMarco Associate (75 health)

Weapons

• PT92
  
• Colt 1911

Why are the DeMarco's using the PT92, a Brazilian handgun? Idk, ask Rockstar why they reused the PT92's model for GTA 5.

• Player useable NPC Weapons.
  
• Dynamic footsteps
  
• Grenade attacks.
  
• 2,800 voicelines.
  
• Death animations.
  
• SNPCs can become a medic at random (1 out of 10 chances).
  
• SNPCs has various Melee Attacks.
  
• Juicy headshot impact sounds.

• Killicons for weapons.
  
• DeMarco Mobsters will scream in agony when on fire.

• vj_mp3_aggressive_tactics [0/1] (Def is 0) - DeMarco NPCs will rush at their enemies and will not seek cover if attacked.
  
• vj_mp3_deathanim [0/1] (Def is 1) - DeMarco NPCs will have a chance to play a death animation upon dying.
  
• vj_mp3_violent_death [0/1] (Def is 0) - DeMarco NPCs will have a chance to scream in agony upon dying.

• Female DeMarco members (No suitable models and there's not any female models that Human Grunt has ported.)
