You may ask "what's so special with a vehicle warehouse?" I tell you, this isn't your ordinary base warehouse. This is a warehouse with glass panelling, water supplies, and an employee lounge room. Apparently the Field Mechanics' Union managed to make these required for all Allied warehouse factories. Explains why these are as expensive as refineries, no ordinary warehouse was worth as much.
