Team Fortress 2 Heavy full voice pack(Replace Francis) Version 1

This mod replaced every Francis's quote with TF2 Heavy's voice line and 15.ai Heavy voice line.
I combined The Passing voice lines this time.
I would start working on Medic replacing Louis from now on, stay tuned.
Please tell me if the mods have anything wrong or problems. I would try to fix it asap.
This mod required some specific mods to make sense, at the very least you should have TF2 survivor mods. But you could still install the recommended mod here if you feel like it.
