[VoiceSets] Half-Life 2 - Main Cast

What is "VoiceSets"?
VoiceSets is a new part of the Draconic Base. It allows any beginner-level addon creator to create simple voice commands which can be selected by players for use wherever.

To use these voicesets, simply open the Draconic Menu from the context menu, click on the "Extra" tab, select a voice to use, and click "Apply Changes". You can open the VoiceSet prompt by tapping your context menu key, and using numbers 1-9 to trigger their relevant lines, or use key to spot something. This menu closes after 5 seconds of no activity, or if you tap your context menu key again.

Yes, I plan to add Barney in the future. I just hit my patience limit going through tons of lines from Half-Life 2 + the Episodes.
