描述

Restores the UI sounds prior to the 3rd Anniversary Update.

Due to some code changes, this isn't 100% faithful to the old sounds:

Removing items from your cart at a shop won't play the "decrease quantity" sound, it will use the "increase quantity" sound instead. This is because they made adding and removing items use the same sound event.
Some prompts used to be silent (like purchasing items or treatment at a medical clinic). This can't be restored without modifying the code, so these actions use the sound for hiring crew members/repairing your sub instead.
