Allows to interact with the item only when it is selected and shows hint with action description.

Console commands:
cl_use_hint_background_color - color of hint background, in RGBA format (def. "20 20 20 100")
cl_use_hint_color - color of hint text and halo, in RGB format (def. "255 235 15")

Sadly this conflicts with weapon editor and replacer, whatever hl2 weapon I pick up doesn't give me the gun I replaced it with.
