[Photon] Milwaukee Engine 30

Make sure to download all the required addons for this to work.

This is based off of Engine 30 of the Milwaukee Fire Department since it is also a Pierce Arrow XT, although not exactly like this one. I tried to make it as accurate to the real Engine 30 as possible but there are places where it is not as accurate based on the model limitations or my own limitations with photon and skin making. I tried to take inspiration from various trucks from the Milwaukee Fire Department to still make it look as realistic as I could get it.

However despite that I hope you all enjoy this recreation.
