Crazy Ivan's Gravity Gun [Vanilla]

Uses ruin vent spawner to spawn a salt bulb¹ if no salt bulb near spawner. The two supercaps control *amount* (frequency with which repulsors activate) and *force* (how many repulsors activate) respectively. Also wired a button for a single manual shot and a switch for continuous auto.

¹This can be changed to any item identifier and even creatures, however some items don't have a physics body and so aren't affected by force. Also the item must be inside a hull for the physics body to be active.
