dotflow Laugh on Hit

Changes the 3 hurt sounds of Isaac and the crying sounds that Mulligans produce to also play the Kaibutsu laughter from .flow.

Smile's laughter is also included.

Isaac's original hurt grunt can still be heard, just to differentiate between enemy sounds and actual getting hit sounds.

This mod was originally created for personal use only, but then I saw a Yume Nikki hurt sounds mod and thought it would be funny to upload this one as well.
