Shiro's Material Pack

This mod is a personal rendition of 'Material Pack' by RobotGodzilla.
The primary purpose of this is to add the repair hammer and identifying glass to the material chest since the Crafter's Hammer from Elvasat's Crafting Overhaul does not work with RobotGodzilla's other mods.
Also I added a ton of gold because why not.
