this mod makes every mob have a 1/80 chance to drop a goodie bag
and 1/13 chance of dropping a present
(chances can be changed in the mod's options)

any chance of getting the cosmetic dev item bag added to this? would be nice to have a rare chance to get those rather then only being able to get them from hard mode bosses!
