I assume by 'use' you mean like 'play' the map. If so, you basically Subscribe to Download. Once you do, go into Stick Fight and press 'esc' > Game Options > Maps > CustomOnline. This is the map series that holds all downloaded maps. Click the one(s) you want to play so that their box(es) are white and not grey, however since the maps are chosen from left to right - top to bottom, and since the CustomOnline series is at the very bottom, you might want to click all the series above that you don't want to play.
