Well Endowed Clouds But Better

Changes the shape of various clouds to appear as monster girls originally drawn by Shuaner. The clouds in use change based on the weather. Improved by Lord Ocram so there isn't a cloud in a weird position.

Sidenote, this guy clearly didn't know what "rare" means since the sky is usually filled with these ones. Only a couple are actual "rare" clouds. Personally I'd like to see a version of this that has more sprites and only replaces rare clouds but I ain't getting my hopes up.
