L4D1 hazmat is missing the "C.E.D.A" and it's logo. I coulda add it. but think again...
In my opinion, L4D1 hazmats aren't C.E.D.A but Mercy Hospital's scientists/doctors! So, I decided to add the "Mercy Hospital" on their arm, and the logo on their chest.
And if that wasn't enough, I'd upscaled the texture aswell.

Compatible with reskin that only change pallette. (see the 5th picture)
Compatible with remodel such as Improved L4D1 C.E.D.A (mod used in the pictures)
