Includes four playable skins:
NCR Veteran Ranger
NCR Officer (Green Beret)
NCR 1st Recon (Red Beret)
NCR Trooper

and a new multiskin I made with Lordaloa's help
this new multiskin allows the player to not be assigned a skin, so they can choose their own skin in the instant action menu

here's the code/template if any other skin maker wants to try out the new multiskin

While uh, this hasn't been updated in a while, just noting down that the multi skin is somewhat bugged as the arms seem to change to the eagle/raven skin once you respawn after dying. Although it works when you first spawn.
