MW2019 Minigun Script

I originally created this for my own use, but I figured that other people might appreciate a semi-realistic script for such an awesome weapon. Basic summary of how the gun will perform: high damage, very high fire rate, low recoil, poor accuracy at long range, uses mounted minigun ammo. This doesn't have a hud icon because I don't know how to make those. The MW2019 or MW2022 minigun isn't required for the script to work, they're just highly recommended
