Mini vHUD Vertical

alternative version of Mini vHUD where it's vertical instead
The only changes from the main addon are what is shown in the screenshots.

As the title suggests, this reduces the size of the vanilla hud to be more optimized. And it's also vertical. To be as compact as it is currently, the hud uses some custom cleaned up vanilla assets. But doesn't stray too far away from vanilla.
