Audiolog Enhancements

On release, many people didn't like that you couldn't listen to Bill's audio logs in-game and instead had to sit through the whole thing in NETRICSA, without any sort of rewind or pause options even.
However, the beta testers and reviewers remember that it wasn't always like this - in late beta, when they were first added, these audio logs had a pickup animation, and their entirety played in-game as soon as you picked one up.

This mod revisits the idea, with brand new animations and sounds done by Spy's Cr3ed and SP scripting by me.

Upon picking up any audio log, an animation will play and it's sound will start right away, be it Dmitry's audio log, or Bill's NETRICSA audio log message.
In settings, bind a key to [AE] STOP AUDIO LOG PLAYBACK (not bound by default) - pressing this button will stop the currently playing audio log sound, if any (key to stop playback in the editor is P, custom keybinds don't work in SEd for some reason).

Known issues:

• In certain cases can make all players in a coop session disconnect.
  
• If audiolog voiceover is interrupted by another voiceover, it will stop and not play again.
  
• VO is not interrupted by cutscenes. It'll continue without sound but subtitles will keep appearing.
