Khrysler Homes - The Akin by Khrysler

Little North American style red brick home that is perfect for an apprentice job at the factory across street. Simple and efficiently designed house can accommodates 3 bedrooms. It is based on a house found in Evansville, Indiana.

Asset Info:

AkL1: 607 triangles | LOD 55 triangles, 128 texture maps (d,c,i,s) - 2x2 Level 1 Low Density Residential Building
AkL2: 767 triangles | LOD 58 triangles, 128 texture maps (d,c,i,s) - 2x2 Level 2 Low Density Residential Building
*Park DLC is required for a brick tile prop in a yard. It looks good and just a small effort to have less stuff in your mod list...

These are incredible, thank you so much for making them! I'm building Detroit right now and I couldn't get it right without houses like these and your others (like the rows of Hamtramck houses).

Adding to what Bungalow Man said, there are a ton of these bungalows and others in this area. Look up Mt Olivet Cemetery, and the suburbs in that area (Von Steuben, LaSalle, Mt Olivet, and others) are just constant lines of bungalows like these, even some tudor ones that I adore. East of the cemetery are a lot of pristine ones, and west past the train tracks are a lot of dilapidated ones (you can tell what areas are abandoned by how many empty lots there are - heartbreaking, but it is what it is).

That whole area has a lot of different home styles, usually huge lines of identical ones. Just go into Google maps satellite view and wander around (and use 3D mode and ctrl+click+drag to tilt, took me way too long to figure that one out) - there's tons of inspiration to be had for house styles!

@Khrysler The Bartlett Building! I know the one you mean now. One of the few remaining art deco gems in the city, across from the Security Building and the HSBC building and the Capitol. I've made numerous etchings and drawings of it. I've never let myself believe a French company would select a Windsor building for an international game, so I figure it's a common design from a time, but who knows. It does look identical though, you're right!

It's at the corner of Pelissier and University Ave W. It's actually one of my few favorite buildings from vanilla tho!

@Khrysler Really? I hadn't noticed, but most of Windsor's architecture does resemble the apathetic style of CS vanilla buildings, so it makes sense!

Agreed with Bungalow Man; this is almost an exact replica of my childhood home in Windsor. Excellent work! Finally I can re-create my hometown if I want to.
