Plutus M2 Module RE

This ship is nearly identical to the Plutus M2 by Jeff Randall: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2403477029

However, there are a few small QOL changes:

1. The ships orientation was swapped so the mining pilot seat is now the front of the ship. This solves 2 problems:

a. There's a bug in the game where if you fly it in the opposite direction of its orientation (pilot seat facing backwards) Pilot mode will suddenly have an inverted mouse.

b. When you warp, your ship will always having you facing towards the front of the ships orientation. So if you warp from the miner seat you end up facing backwards.

2. One of the turrets were replaced with Long-range radar.

3. The improved cores are pre-installed.
