A CQB AI pack for MRL/HVLS/ any other launch method that:
* Is spinally aligned with a launching ship and aimed using a spinal weapon
* Technically counts as drone, but cannot function independently

This is incompatible with fleets containing actual drone carriers and is also incompatible with submunition buses that require precise ranging.

This will cause the AI controlled fleet to attempt and engage from as close as the enemy will allow it to.
Can be worthwhile when in possession of overwhelming CQB firepower in addition to long range weapons.
