描述
Gives you an event when you load in that voids and deletes forts from every province outside of the selected continent.

All tags that are not colonial receive a triggered modifier that gives them money and colonial buffs.

@Legi0nary1 this will work in 1.34 as well.I didn't change anything other than the version number.

Does a 1.34 version of this mod exist? I have other mods on that are for 1.34 and i would like this mod on too.
