[WOTC] Tactical Unit Descriptions

This mod adds new descriptions for WOTC/LWOTC units during tactical gameplay.

The descriptions can be previewed in the unit's info screen when using Yet Another F1 mod or when using the UFOpedia & Bestiary mod.

Currently, all units from the main campaign are supported (including the allied ones), as well as unique characters from The Lost Towers/Alien Hunters and Tactical Legacy campaigns.

The mod can be configured to your liking through the AdditionalUnitInfoWOTC.int localization file.
For example, additional descriptions for custom units can be added.

The unit information was based on official game narrative/XCOM Archives, as well as multiplayer content to keep it as relevant as possible.


Should be compatible with anything. Safe to add or remove mid-campaign.

This mod is meant to be used with Yet Another F1 mod in order to correctly display the descriptions.
The unit descriptions will also be displayed in the Bestiary when using the UFOpedia & Bestiary mod.
