Adds black-hole-themed items to the game

The power generator generates enough power for the entire planet but has a downside, If it gets to low health it will explode and flatten the area nearby! Risk for Reward!
You will be shivering if a drop pod raid lands in your base! Or a siege happens because 1 lucky mortar shot could end your play through.

Also adds a special rifle that is very expensive but uses the heat and energy from a miniature black hole to super heat plasteel rounds loaded into it turning them into plasma and dealing severe damage to the enemy.
