Have you ever wondered what Danny Baranowsky’s soundtrack would’ve sounded like if he got to make the rest of the soundtrack for Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and all its DLCs? Well, I wondered that too and decided to take it upon myself to make that wonder a reality. So this is my take on Danny Baranowsky’s alternate reality soundtrack: The Binding of Isaac: Sacrilege. This soundtrack will pretty much cover anything Danny didn’t get to do in the original soundtrack, so that includes the new music layer mechanic for his original tracks, new floors, rooms, boss fights, the whole sha-bang. This soundtrack will come out in phases based on which content came out at what time (also since this will probably take a long time to do). I hope you join me as I take on a legendary soundtrack with a legendary sound style from Danny Baranowsky!

Binding of Isaac: SACRILEGE PT. 3: I told ya part 3 would come out sooner than part 2! I'm proud to present to you the Afterbirth + expansion of The Binding of Isaac: Sacrilege! I put countless hours of work into each track, having fun with it, making some musical callbacks which I know you'll like, and with the addition of bug fixes and mod organization! I'm happy to announce that with the help of two members of the Boi mod community, Bluestk and Machasins, the mod is now Music Menu-compatible! That plus many bug fixes that I would never have discovered on my own, so special thanks to them! I'll be adding the songs to Soundcloud, Youtube, and Bandcamp soon, and once I finish the final part, I'll be putting out the full soundtrack on Spotify, iTunes, the whole shabang. So please enjoy Pt. 3!

I just wanted to say that I love this mod's music ever since I discovered it, and it's fun to play with, but also could you make it so that none of the default soundtrack of the game is the sacrilege ost? As in, make the names of the music files and in the music xml the actual names of these tracks so it doesn't conflict with the rebirth ost in the soundtrack menu? Other than that this mod is really good, can't wait for part 4 :smile:

So, will part 5 be purely mods?

And will mortis be part of part 4 since it was almost canon, or will it be in part 5 since last judgement revived it?

Awesome! Can't wait for this chapter in my Isaac soundtrack collection to be complete. I can't carry all of the great songs the Isaac community has made.

Thanks, I’m glad I managed to capture Danny’s essence for this passion project! Speaking of, I turned in my most urgent project, so now I’m fully locked in and dead-set on finishing pt.4! In fact, this project may have helped in making pt.4 sound even better!

My hopes is to get it out before the end of 2025, if not, right at the start of 2026. I’m finishing up another project that’s due next week that’s been eating up my attention for the past few months. But after that, I’m dead-set on finishing Pt. 4!
