Better Hair Window

BetterHairWindow/HairLoader replaces the vanilla hairwindow with an all new window with more features.

Features:
- Replaces the Stylist's NPC hairwindow with a custom hairwindow UI.
- The hairstyles can be filtered based on mod name.
- The hairstyles are displayed in a scrollable grid.
- Locked hairstyles can be displayed using a button.
- Unlock hints are displayed alongside hair name.
- Colors can be pasted/copied/randomized.
- The total players savings and hair price is displayed.
- Hairstyles are animated.
- For modders: Mod calls to change mod name, hair name, price and unlock hint.
