Bukhara (Shahmurad)

Adds the Emirate of Bukhara, one of the last empires in Central Asia before it was conquered by the Russian Empire in the 20th century. The Emir Shah Murad, known as a Sinless Emir, was the first emir of the Bukharan Emirate. He shifted the Khanate of Bukhara away from its Genghisid roots to an Islam-centric empire that had stunning architecture. He was also known for having his own courthouse that he supervised.
