Formable Croatia-Finland Union that can be created by either Finland or Croatia.

(Note, you do not need the Italian controlled parts of Croatia to form this, just the cores Yugoslavia owns, so just gotta come up with a early game strat to kill off Yugoslavia to be able to form The Union, or simply balkanize the country using the game's options menu so Croatia is free from the get go and an easy target (or use the console commands if you want to do it from the get go)

"Deep Lore"
Ancient recent findings in 2022 have shown us that the Finnish and Croatian ancestors used to mingle together when they lived in the far Eastern Regions of Euro-Asia, combined with recent new dna analysis they discovered that Croats and Finns are very distant cousins despite being so very different today. Scientists are still baffled as to how this happened and why both cultures are so different from one of other, even belonging in two separate language groups which are finno-ugric and slavic but it is without a doubt that Croats and Finns are ancient brothers and sisters. Hopefully more information will emerge soon as the top scientists of the world keep looking into this new cultural bond that was discovered between these two distant groups of people. - Source "I made it up"

Once the nation is formed you get both cores in Croatia and Finland with its own unique flags for all ideologies and a unique color scheme.

If it's not obvious enough this is an inside joke that turned into now a lil' meme mod, it is possible this might be further expanded with its own unique focus tree, audio and events but for now it's just a straight forward mod that lets you form the totally realistic union of the Finnish and Croatian people.
