描述
Previously only appearing on L4D2 faces when vomited on, bullet wounds will now appear on every survivor face when shot there.

Removes $nodecal from survivor head vmts. Will conflict with any other mod that modifies survivor head vmts.

now the survivors literally have a hole in their heads caused by a sniper round, and somehow are still gonna say: "STOP SHOOTING ME!"
