Igniting Sticks

Adds a cheap throwable torch - a primitive solution to complex storage space problems.

Crafting 10 sticks costs 10 wood and 5 cloth at a smithy or a crafting spot. It is a light, one-handed weapon - one normal colonist may carry more than 30 sticks.

Upon impact, sticks can't do any real damage, but do start a small fire on flammable tiles. Objects and creatures with less than 100% flammability may take more than one stick to catch fire because... well, try burning down a tree with a lighter.

Intended to be the Molotov's cheaper, absolutely poor and crippled brother.
