[DrGBase] One Punch Man: Saitama SNPC

This is a rather tiny nextbot NPC made using DrGBase. It's none other than Saitama himself, a guy who's just a hero for fun from the webcomic One Punch Man.

This is pretty much self-explanatory. This adds a semi-accurate Saitama NPC into Garry's Mod. He is nigh-unkillable, is ridiculously fast once on the run, and will one-hit-kill anything. Saitama is neutral to everything that won't immediately try to kill him by default, but once attacked by the player or any other NPC, Saitama will start running ridiculously fast at the attacker, to instant kill them in one punch.

Saitama will utter out voicelines from the game One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows (English dub voices for now. Will update as soon as possible when Japanese voice lines have been ripped.)
