To get started:

Controls:
w=walk forward
s=walk backwards
a=strafe left
d=strafe right
q and e = steer
c+w=sprint forward
c+s=crouch
spacebar=jump
mouse movement = look up/down use this to aim attacks
toolbar
1= left jab
2=right jab
3=discombobulate
4=hulk smash
5= horizontal block
6=vertical block
7= left kick
8=right kick
9= war cry

ctrl+2 toolbar
1=dab
2=taunt
3=wave


Some tips and tricks about more and less advanced piloting maneuvers and fighting

tips and tricks

on absolutedly level surface your speeds are roughly
walking 20 m/s
strafing 30 m/s
sprinting 80 m/s

trickle the wasd buttons a bit before you start moving. I misused MECS so much it seems to lag a bit when laoding the mech.

5 block is good against punches, 6 block is good against jump attacks and kicks.

punching ground has risk of breaking the arms. Especially if you sink elbow deep.

if some move doesnt work it usually is fixed by spammign button few times.
Sometimes the moves might also break due to critical parts breaking.

Elbows are vulnerable in close range brawling, remember to manage your distance!


I had to misuse the animation script pretty badly to fit all the moves in so it might occasionally
act a bt funny. usually a quick tap on wasd/crouch brings legs back on track.

1st person view is great for precision aimed punches. center window is pretty much
a targeting reticle.

i recomend to use this with voxel damage OFF but it seems to handle voxel damage
pretty well. You can also punch craters in the ground. Highly recomended XD

if you use this in terrain and run into obstacle usually best bet is to try jumping over it.
jump + kicks are a great combo, especially if you dont have arms.

after kicking you can spam the same kick button to keep kicking while
standing on 1 leg.

if you lose your forearms 5 and 6 are good for waving your stumps around.

If you fall down you get up easier if you crouch

After losing arms you can still kick! after losing a leg you can still usually
bounce forward and make jump kicks or ram. Never give up! your mech
feeds on violence!!!

if something gets stuck to your hand taunt is great way to dispose of it.

kicking bodyparts laying around has a chance of flinging them at your enemies.

you can use 5 and 6 blocks while sprinting at people to ram them down
while protecting yourself.

you can make hulk smash (4) straight from block (5). You can also spam these
to continuoysly double hammerfist.

you can use discombobulate while looking up to boost jump height.
Also mid air you can crouch to gain more ground clearance.
Turning mid air with your legs spread can be used as a kick.

if you manage to jump on enemy you can use jump to stomp them.

with jump+crouch you can jump on standing enemies.

to brake from high speeds use crouching and turn sideways. Powerslide!

aim for head and joints. Also enemy backside is unarmored.

Dab while standing on your enemys limp hull to disrespect them.

6 block + spamming 7 and 8 is effectively riposte.

9 is your war cry. Let your enemy know you are not afraid of him B)

The mech has been left pretty blank on purpose. Customize it into
a death machine of your own liking.

drills, wheels and whel suspensions are used to make melee-proof parts and
are used widely in this mech. They are not there for looks, they are there for function.
