Tholian Assembly - Achievement Compatible

This is my first mod for Stellaris. I love the Star Trek empires (Achievement compatible) mod collection created by Steam member AaronFranke and use them in my current Stellaris campaign. They're all created with the Stellaris in-game editor, so are "Achievement compatible" if used by themselves or with other mods that are "Achievement compatible" (don't change any game asset checksum checks).

With the use of the Star Trek empires (Achievement compatible), I decided to create a custom race for the Tholian Assembly.
