Generic IKEA Tree Fix (Frigate's Content Pack Version)

描述
The generic focus tree from IKEA mod is one of my favourites when playing Random Country Placement, but it has been left somewhat unfinished. Therefore, I have added some elements, and updated some other ones.

Changes List

Naval
  • All focuses that add ships to production are now fully compatible with Man the Guns.

  • The naval doctrine discount focus is now updated to work with No Step Back.

  • "Strengthen the Wolfpack" focus now adds a submarine to production alongside granting experience gain to submarines instead of not doing anything.

Political

Neutral:
  • "Our People" now adds +25% free repair speed and -25% political advisor cost instead of just -20% stability.
  • "Our Safety" now adds 20% faster land and coastal fort build speed plus -20% factory bomb vulnerability.

Communist:
  • "A Marxist Economist" now adds 10% infrastructure construction speed and +10% civilian factory construction speed.

Fascist:
  • "[country name]'s Pride" now adds +50 weekly manpower, +15% stability, and +20% special forces multiplier instead of doing nothing.

Air
  • "Terror of the Skies" now has a x3 50% air doctrine cost reduction bonus
