UK Council House Semi-Detached Style 1 Version 1

描述
A follow up to my first 2 UK council house style plots. This is a simple semi-detached version. The plot size is 3x4 so will fit in well with the others. This also shares the same texture file as the others.

I am planning on releasing a colour variable version of this and the terraced version soon.

As always, if have any issues please let me know, if not, please leave a thumbs up.

Tech Specs
Main model 980 tris, 2048x1024 Texture, normal and illumination (shared with previous plots)
LOD model 54 tris, 512x512 Texture and illumination
Works as a Low density residential level one. As far as I can tell it is growable.

If you really, really like this and my other assets please consider donating so that I can upgrade my PC and bring more assets to WS quicker.

I think im subbed to every one of his assets, same as yours haha. I'm just glad to be contributing UK assets as I know when building uk cities it can decome a bit repetitive.

I have a few assets available myself which may be of a more realistic scale. Rik is great and I've collaborated with him in the past. His later stuff may be more 'real scale'.

I used Rik4000s big aerials for this one as i noticed all the RL ones I looked at were really high. I've been working to something I call Rik scale. I noticed his models are slightly bigger in scale (maybe 20-30%). I did this so that my assets fit in well as most ppl use his UK assets as there isn't much choice (at the moment anyway).

Not sure whether the TV aerials are too big or the houses too small. It might be worth checking the dimensions. Remember, doors are about 2m high.
