Ascension-ISV Asc

This is an adaptation for the Ascension Unchained Scenario of the Ascension - ISV Starter CV, I kept it level 12 requirement but since the Unchained Scenario is a bit harsher environment I added a compact shield to help negate those grazing hits.
This is not meant for combat without further upgrades and replacing the shield generator with a larger version.
