Based on Mouse Drag Camera by celeron55, saving settings works in this version and you can select a modifier key to hold down with the right-click to make the drag work so that this doesn't trounce over other mods like PO

@LandoSpark: First of all, thank you for the tweaked version. Secondly, would it be possible to add other modifier keys - for example mouse (thumb) button 4/5?

Excellent, simple mod. I didn't know how much I missed slowly dragging around to look at the details of the city... I set the mouse to inverted and reduced the speed to almost zero for ease in viewing details. Thanks for the mod.

Do the modifier keys help this to not interfere? For feature requests you're probably better off contacting the original author: celeron55, as all I've done here is fix a bug really.

Thanks for this mod, however, I am looking for an overall solution, where mods will not interfere each other. IT needs to do:
- camera mod
- right-click mouse
- zoom to cursor

So far ACME could do this, but it is not fully ready.
