And yes, the boss music is replaced with "It Has To Be This Way".

Assets for Senator Armstrong, as well as the soundtrack, are taken from "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance". I take no credit for them.

It's quite fitting considering how Brand's moveset in his boss fight is clearly inspired by Armstrong's fight in MGR.
