How do you use them? I pressed e and I all they do is pick them up, and I cant use them?

@Mabeanie After you subscribed, it should be in a folder called "Addons" below TF2 and HL2 and Counter Strike and Builder folders. There's a little gear that says Browse (you may have to expand that to see the Addons folder). Once you click on the Addons folder it should be under there (depending on how much stuff you have in that folder, well depends on how quick you find it).
