There is actually a storm in the original No Mercy (judging by the rain and thunder) but this is what it looks like if it is way more worse.

I love this a lot, but it seems like a missed opportunity to not flood the subway and sewer levels. I don't even know if that's possible but adding a low amount of water would make sense I'd say.
